Tarsis Global

Pricing

Published pricing.

Tarsis publishes pricing rather than hiding it behind a discovery call. This is deliberate. Trade compliance vendors that price on request often price on what they think a customer will pay — larger enterprise accounts get billed more for the same work. Tarsis anchors to what work is actually being done, not to the size of your legal team.

US Import Readiness Audit

The audit is a standalone engagement priced by scope. It is not bundled with subscription tiers, and subscription clients are not required to purchase an audit before subscribing.

Engagement scopeStarting price
Under 100 SKUs, under $25M annual import value$19,500
100–500 SKUs, under $50M annual import value$27,500
Over 500 SKUs, or over $50M annual import valueCustom quote

Larger engagements factor in SKU count, HTS chapter diversity, origin diversity, and FTA scope. All quotes provided in writing within three business days of scoping call.

Ongoing subscription tiers

Four monthly tiers for customers who want a predictable flat rate and a bundled service commitment. Each tier includes advisory hours, bundled entries, a compliance review cadence, and platform access when the platform launches.

Overages. Entry overages billed at published per-entry rates ($25/$55/$100 by complexity). Advisory hour overages billed at ad-hoc advisory rates. No overage penalties.

Billing. Monthly, in advance. Thirty days’ written notice to cancel or downgrade. Upgrades take effect the following billing cycle. Tiers do not automatically renew into higher levels; upgrades are customer-initiated.

Subscription vs. per-entry. Subscription is designed for customers with predictable monthly volume and a preference for flat-fee cost management. Per-entry program management (below) is designed for customers with variable or seasonal volume. Both use the same broker partner network; the difference is billing structure and bundled advisory access.

Per-entry program management

For customers who prefer entry-by-entry billing.

Entry typePrice per entry
Standard$25
Complex$55
Specialty$100

Standard entries have a single HTS heading, single country of origin, and no FTA claim. Complex entries have multiple HTS headings, an FTA claim, a valuation adjustment, or fall within Section 301 tariff scope. Specialty entries include Chapter 30 pharmaceuticals, Chapter 87 automotive with additional origin substantiation, and dual-use goods with export-control implications.

Billed monthly on actual entry volume. No monthly minimum. Program cancellation with thirty days’ written notice, no penalty.

Ad-hoc advisory

Quoted per project against the audit price band. Most engagements range $3,500–$12,500 depending on scope. Fixed-fee, not hourly.

The Tarsis platform

Included at no additional cost for subscription clients (Essentials through Enterprise) through general availability. Post-GA pricing to be published when the platform reaches beta.

Pricing stability commitment

Tarsis commits to two things in writing:

  1. Rates published on this page will not increase by more than 25 percent in any 12-month period.
  2. Any increase requires 90 days’ written notice to active engagements.

This is a client-favorable clause we include in every engagement letter. If we can’t hold to it, we say so before you sign.

Founding customer terms

The first three audit engagements are priced at cost — approximately $6,000 for the audit versus the $19,500 starter price — in exchange for written case-study rights and a testimonial after 90 days of engagement. This offer applies to the audit only and closes when the third slot is filled.

Subscription tiers are billed at published rates from day one.

What's not on this page

Tarsis does not charge for:

  • Discovery calls or scoping conversations
  • Written quote preparation
  • Reference calls with existing clients
  • Basic questions answered through Tarsis-Haven

Trade compliance vendors often add these as line items. Tarsis considers them part of doing business.
